NELSON-ATKINS MUSEUM OF ART | Trip Report 07.03.09

The statues from India are just interesting looking.

A Shiva Nataraja -- Yea! Art History paid off .

The temple is probably my favorite display in this area.

That is a real wall from an old temple. They used watercolor
on the wet clay bricks to get that look -- so neat.

This guy has always scared me, since I was little.

They had out their divider display again -- it had been in storage.

I think this was from a budhist temple.

This Budha was huge -- he's at least 7-8 feet tall.

The courtyard in the middle of the museum.

Even the parking garage is "artsy" with the lights.
That's all for now!
