BAHAMAS | Trip Report 12.31.09
Well here we are on the last day of the year and my last PTR of 2009.
On my last day in the BAHAMAS I decided to do a long walk along the beach.
My destination today is a cool little sand bar that stretches out into the ocean.
Here it is, and it is amazing how far out it stretches.
Here I am about halfway out on the sand bar -- yep that's the shoreline.
The lighter blue is where the sand bar is located.
It's rather interesting how about halfway out the water gets shallow again.
