HURRICANE HARBOR D.C. | Trip Report 08.12.10

Welcome to Hurricane Harbor D.C.

The newest slide to the park is Tony Hawk's Half Pipe.

I was surprised that they didn't opt for the double model.

Buccaneer Beach had some cool water play things.

More of Buccaneer Beach.

Hurricane Bay wasn't very crowded today.

The green slide is Hammerhead and the orange slide is Mako.
Both seemed to give off a lot of speed to the rafts.

The "big slide" at the park is Tornado. It also had the longest line.

Crocodile Cal's Carribean Beach House seemed like it would be a lot of fun.

It had numerous slides on the back.

Here you can see where it is in relation to Tornado.

Hook's Pirate Ship didn't seem too busy today.

Paradise Plunge (orange) and Reef Runner (blue) slides look twisty.

The final slide, way back at the back of the park, is Bahama Blast.

This slide uses large family sized rafts to go down on.

One last look at Tornado before I head out. See you later Six Flags!
