KINGS DOMINION | Trip Report 08.12.10

Next up is one of my favorite coasters in the country - Volcano!

The ride is not intense or even scary, it is just a lot of fun.

I really do wish they could do something about the queue line though,
it really does get quite unbareable in there when it is really hot out.

Coming out of the volcano calderra.

I think the fact that it has fire effects just makes it cooler.

Also in the Congo Section is a bobsled run (not sure on this theme)

This is just a fun old school ride that you just have to ride every time.

Also in the Congo Section is Flight of Fear. While still a lot of fun,
the MCBR is on way too hard and really kills the 2nd half of the ride.

Wow, are all of the rides in the Congo Section? Also in this area
is Anaconda, which features that famous dive into the lake tunnel.

The poor thing seems to get more rough every time I visit.
