SCHLITTERBAHN KANSAS CITY | PARK UPDATE 05.25.12

After the first curve of the river, you empty
into a series of large lakes seperated by falls.

Here is one of the falls in the lake sequence.

The largest of the lakes is the final "escape"
before the "point of no return" where you have
no choice but ride to the end of the river.

Here is that "point of no return" that I was talking about.

It is all down hill from here, literally as the river
follows the gradual slope of the land.

Here is the finale of the river which features some
very fast rapids which you just fly through.

There are two new beaches at the very "top" of the park
This is Falls Beach which is the final exit before the
"point of no return" on King Kaw river.

This is King Kaw Beach which is the exit of the Aquaveyor
and the start of the King Kaw River. The building in the
background will eventually be integrated into the park.

The other new river at the park is the Mighty Mo River.

It uses the run off from Boogie Bahn to its advantage.
Not to mention it is probably the best looking river
in the park due to the rockwork and waterfall.
